It's easy: create an account and upload your wine list. Short on time? We can setup your wine list for you, usually within 2 days.

What type of businesses are using InVine?

InVine is used mostly by restaurants, wine bars and hotels. Seating capacity can be as low as 20 seats and beverage lists usually range between 50 and 3000 items.

How does the InVine Database work?

When you need to add a new wine or beverage, you can find it on our database with all the relevant information and bottle photos. Adding any product is a one click operation.

What is InVine Smart Profit?

InVine Smart Profit lifts the burden of pricing formulas, by allowing you to create sets of rules and applying prices automatically.

What are my payment options? Is it secure?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and debit cards. Your payment information is not stored on our servers; payments are compliant with the most strict PCI rules and handled by Paypal Payment Processing.

How is inventory management simplified?

InVine gives you the ability to grab an iPad, walk down your cellar and adjust inventory by bin number or by finding the right bottle for each photo. With POS integration, you get live inventory information and no more "sorry we're out of that wine".
